Sleep-Aid to help promote sleep and relieve nervousness.

Ingredients:

Medical: Hops( Humulus lupulus) Strobile, Chamomile(Matricaria Chamomilla) Flower, Valerian(Valeriana Officinalis) Root, Ashwagandha(Withania Somniferous) Root

Non-Medical: Hypromellose

Deep Sleep Usage:

Adults: Take 2 capsules 1 time per day before bedtime

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) and for product use beyond 6 months
