Trikatu, as the name suggests, is a combination of three spices (herbs) – ginger, long pepper, and black pepper Trikatu is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to help relieve cough and cold symptoms. Trikatu in herbal medicines helps to relieve occasional digestive upset such as bloating.

1 serving 1 time daily. Dissolve 1 serving of Trikatu powder in a cup of warm water or a teaspoon of honey and take immediately after meals once daily. 1 Serving = 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram

Do not use if you suffer from gastritis or duodenal ulcer. May cause burning sensation in higher doses. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
