Usage

Used in herbal medicines as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress.

Recommended dose: Decoction 20-30 ml per day for adults. 0.9 – 3 gm dried stem, root, and leaf powder per day for adults. 1 Teaspoon = 4 grams. 1 serving = 1 gm = 1/4 teaspoon. Dissolve 1/4 tsp of Guduchi powder into 1 cup of warm water and drink immediately.
